Our Commitment
Accessibility is central to our mission at AdaptEd 4 Special Ed. Every person has the right to learn and access information with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence, and we want our website and resources to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What We’ve Done
In October 2026 we audited shop.adapted4specialed.com and updated our site to improve:
- Keyboard navigation for menus, search, cart, and product options
- Screen reader labels for buttons, links, images, and form fields
- Color contrast for text, buttons, and form fields
- Page structure, including headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to content” link
We continue to test our pages regularly and fix issues as we find them. Your feedback directly helps us improve.

Known Limitations
Some features come from third-party providers, such as our product reviews and email sign-up forms. We work with these providers to improve accessibility, but we don’t fully control their content.
