Returns

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Digital downloads must not have been downloaded.
  • Physical products must be received in their original condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Physical Products
For physical products, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items or damages, please contact us within 60 days of ordering. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

  • We do not cover return shipping fees for physical products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and verified that the digital item has not been downloaded, and for physical products, received in original condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
