AdaptEd 4 Special Ed — Refund Policy
Because many of our products are digital downloads, refunds are only possible if the product has not been downloaded.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Digital products: Must not have been downloaded.
- Physical products: Must be received in their original condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Physical Products
If you encounter any issues with your physical order (missing items or damages), please contact us within 60 days of purchase. Our team will assist you promptly.
Please note: We do not cover return shipping fees for physical products.

- Digital products: We confirm no downloads occurred before issuing a refund.
- Physical products: We inspect returned items for original condition before issuing a refund.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for funds to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).
