Recently, with all of the school closures, we've been getting e-mails from teachers and parents about whether they can share our digital resources with others.

So I wanted to send out this e-mail to clarify what's okay with us, as well as what actions specifically go against our terms of use for the current circumstances.

Special Terms of Use:

  • You may e-mail parents/students, or upload any of our resources to a secure platform (i.e. Google Drive or Dropbox) that only parents/students from YOUR class may access.
  • We do request that you revoke access when the school closure ends, with the exception of our digital versions that are saved on Google Slides. All PDF resources must be taken down or restricted access to once the school closure ends.
  • You may NOT share resources with other teachers, specialists, or staff members unless they work directly with the students who are on your caseload.
  • Also, please remind parents and students not to share links/folders/resources with anyone. These resources are licensed only for your classroom.

I have also been getting a lot of questions about our free COVID-19 Social Narrative and whether it's okay to share that with other people. While we encourage you to share it, we simply ask that you share the link to the product page HERE, rather than the actual PDF. Anybody you share it with is welcome to download it themselves for free as well.

Thank you so much for your understanding and we wish everybody safety and health during this challenging time.
