Elopement story

I have been looking for a social story to address elopement with two students I currently teach. This was exactly what I was looking for. I have been reading it with the class and the students seem interested. We have even had discussions on why it is important to stay with the teacher and/or class after reading it. Thank you!

A+ social narrative

We have a new student in our building and is challenging up in new ways by eloping. This story has been great for us to use with him. Being consistent with the same story from the classroom teacher, sped teacher, counselor, principal, etc. has helped him understand we all are on the same team to help keep him safe! You are my go to place for social narratives and you just keep coming out with better ones!
